Leaving is always a bit difficult, because on one hand I am always a bit anxious to get back to technology and the joys of the outside world, but leaving always makes me acutely aware of just that privilege: the ability to leave and return at my leisure. After saying my goodbyes to the Head of the Camp and the 2nd in Charge I was heartened to see them already start work on the next batch of bricks. Whenever I leave and know I will return in a few months I never know what I am going to return to, but I am positive that at least when I return in May there will be many many more mud bricks awaiting my arrival.
